In 2022, Sarah Alba and Alban Chatron, who had studied with the best, decided to take over the old crêperie nestled in a house built in 1478 in the heart of the city, to found their Hidden House. A now bistronomic table, which has decided to open the stoves to the eye, in a hushed decor conducive to intimacy.
