De passage nous avons dîné dans le restaurant de l'hôtel mardi soir : impeccable !! Personnel agréable et souriant, qui n'a pas hésité à venir nous voir gentiment pour nous dire que nous mangions nos bigorneaux comme des gougnafiers à la fourchette ???? (bien sûr la formulation était beaucoup plus professionnelle ????)
Plats délicieux, frais, ambiance familiale par le personnel comme les autres clients, un vrai plaisir !
Au plaisir de revenir à Carnac les revoir autour de fruits de mer mangés à la bretonne ! ???? Bon courage de la part des Manceaux ! ????

Bel accueil, côté restaurant où l'on s'occupede vous immédiatement. L'Américano est très bien. Les langoustines sont grosses, la mayonnaise est parfaite et le Muscadet au verre bien frais. La brochette de Saint-Jacques au chorizo est un délice. La tarte aux fraises est juste sublime. A découvrir absolument.
