Behind the Bourse ferry terminal, the restaurant boasts a superb view of Saint-Malo and the Môle des Noires: a pleasure! Products from the Breton coast and local produce are magnified with pretty combinations: skewer of snacked scallops, yuzu butter and squash purée. Seafood is also given pride of place, with specialties such as cotriade de la mer with shellfish cream or local sauerkraut. Fish, meat, mussels, seafood platters: happiness is in the plate.

Très joli cadre avec un personnel dévoué, à l'écoute et beaucoup d'humour.
Nous avons degusté un menu à 45€ que nous avons apprécié par sa qualité et sa présentation.
Le plus avec cette bougie posée sur le dessert car ma femme prenait un an de plus !!!!!!

Une belle qualité de service a L'amiral. Les serveurs connaissent ce qui a été commandé et par qui...c'est très agréable. Mention spéciale à la personne qui prépare le tartare devant soi : assez rare en restauration !
