Welcomed by a smiling and professional team, you will taste excellent galettes, prepared with buckwheat flour and fresh products. Among the specialties of the galettes, the succulent Cécile (smoked salmon, young leek shoots, chive cream, Nantes lamb's lettuce, lemon) and the Clara (violet ice cream, violet jam, whipped cream and rose petals) are gustatory marvels.
