Located in the heart of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the commune of Roz-sur-Couesnon was above all a commune dedicated to fishing and agriculture. The parish was formerly part of the deanery of Dol. Today, it is especially famous for its herbs on which are raised the famous - in all senses of the term! - pre-salted lambs (heads and black legs). No less than 3,600 heads, the largest flock in Brittany, occupy the 800 hectares of grassland in the commune, whose vegetation gives their meat an inimitable taste. From here, the view on the Mont and its surroundings is splendid!
