Welcome to Rennes' first "pâtothèque"! This little stall is a floor-to-ceiling celebration of fine Italian dry pasta. Having traveled the length and breadth of Italy, Céline has selected the finest ingredients for a pasta party. Pasta comes in all shapes and varieties (organic, gluten-free, egg, flavored...), but that's not all. Fine olive oil, capers from the island of Pantelleria, wines and sauces with character, such as lemon pesto from Costa Ligure. Céline also offers utensils, flour and wheat semolina for those who'd like to don their apron. The site reveals tips, innovations and recipes to make the pleasure last!
