Nestled in one of Rennes' oldest streets, Estime has, in the space of just one year, become one of the Rennes capital's top bistronomic addresses. Behind the name lie a brother and sister - Estelle and Maxime Besnier - who have combined their skills as obviously as the contraction of their first names. The lunches offer some great discoveries with excellent value for money. Low-temperature cooking, technically sophisticated sauces and a creative culinary voyage could sum up the restaurant's strengths. In the evening, the à la carte suggestions take on a more gastronomic and daring dimension, with surprising vegetable desserts.

Table pour 6 à 20h15 un samedi soir, l'ambiance était au rendez-vous. Axel nous a accompagné toute la soirée pour le plus grand bien de nos papilles, et de nos mamilles.
Le menu découverte est sensationnel, surprises au rendez-vous.
On a fait la totale et on ne regrette absolument pas, certains font des marathons en 4h, nous avons fait le choix de ne pas sortir de ce restaurant pendant ce temps là.

Pour vous dire, c’était la première fois de ma vie que je sauçais un plat avec du pain ???? CARRÉMENT !!
