Le Bistrot des Remparts is a major contributor to its reputation on the Rue Nantaise. The restaurant's watchwords: local, fresh, homemade and traditional. Chef Antoine Graffin creates a limited menu, which changes every month, and doesn't leave vegetarians out in the cold. You'll love the vegetable-stuffed cabbage with carrot, chestnut and parmesan cream, the lamb shoulder confit with parsnips, pumpkin and hazelnuts, and the hazelnut financier with dulcey ganache and homemade praline ice cream. Special mention goes to the wine list, most of which is organic or biodynamically grown.

Si le restaurant s'appelle "bistrot", on n'est plus sur de la restauration ++ avec des petites mises en bouches, des plats créatifs et bien exécutés.
Il y a de la place et on y vient même de temps en temps avec notre bébé en poussette pour le déjeuner et cela ne pose pas de problème.
