Since 1999, l'Epi de Blé has been offering delicious pancakes made from fresh produce and according to traditional know-how. Easily identifiable by its yellow façade, the address in the heart of Rennes is very popular. Its large sunny terrace is often taken by storm. All the cakes are made with 100% buckwheat flour from the Charbonnière mill in Saint-Grégoire. The origin and the quality of the products are appreciable: andouille de l'Argoat, reblochon AOP, artisanal sausage from Brittany. Many preparations are home-made (soubise, chocolate, frangipane). We also recommend the Breizh Burger with its buckwheat blinis and the divine Snickers pancake.
