Creperie with terrace offering a choice of traditional pancakes and a simple menu.

The creperie Sainte-Anne is certainly one of the oldest creperies in Rennes! Located on the beautiful Place Sainte-Anne, its terrace allows you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine. The families appreciate to see the children running around the table. The menu includes the traditional 100% buckwheat pancakes but also some specialties such as the one with smoked duck and snail butter or the one with bacon, egg and soubise (onions cooked in white wine and butter). The sweet crepes travel the globe with specialties including Andalusian, Canadian and Creole. Inside, you can see the crepe makers at work. In short, a good crêperie, practical and without fuss.

Crêperie ouverte avec de grandes amplitudes horaires. Ambiance très cosy avec une déco très sympa. Les crêpes sont faites devant nous. Elles sont excellentes et très bien garnies. Le prix est plus que raisonnable. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Énormément d’attente, aucun souci avec ça mais l’on nous a oublié alors que cela faisait plus de 45 minutes que nous attendions. Les serveuses ne daignaient même pas sourire, l’un des serveurs était quant à lui très gentil. Pour finir, la nourriture était vraiment décevante…
