Osez Le Massage is the obvious choice for those looking for a moment of relaxation. After a month and a half of renovation work in the summer of 2023, the institute has undergone a complete makeover. The new space has been completely redesigned using natural materials, in a warm and cosy atmosphere. The fact that we specialize in massages means we can offer a highly personalized à la carte approach, with your choice of pressure, pace and areas to focus on. Californian, Balinese, Polynesian and Swedish rituals are performed using Sothys products. New: 3 double cabins and a private area with sauna await you. You can even take a massage course!

This fitness room offers you, over a very large area, a fleet of state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment and a whole series of group classes indoors or in the pool. Enough to work the body from head to toe and build muscles, tone up or lose weight (or all at once). You also have the opportunity to relax by taking advantage of the sauna and hammam as well as to consult a sports advisor to establish a personalized training program. Subscription rates are adapted to your equipment usage needs and it is possible to participate in a trial session.

Opal Spa Beauté is a rare gem. Treatments include the Cinq Mondes range of paraben- and silicone-free natural cosmetics. A new addition this year is Estime et sens, a refillable organic cosmetics line from Nantes that is free from endocrine disruptors. The institute also works with the Phytomer brand, natural products created in Saint-Malo. Rituals are well mastered and effective. Gentle scrubs, face and body treatments and elixirs to boost radiance, purify, moisturize and regenerate the skin. We recommend the hammam rituals - Oriental with black soap, Polynesian with monoi or Kobido - performed by highly attentive practitioners.
