The cuisine here is bistronomic, with an emphasis on local products and flavours from elsewhere. The menu is deliberately small, a guarantee of freshness, and it is a pleasure to discover the menu, which changes with the seasons. The spicy beef with satay and peanuts bobun style is unanimously appreciated. The plates are beautifully laid out and the wine advice is insightful. Jean-Seb's gourmet coffee is a nice way to end the meal. The nice surprise is the patio at the back of the restaurant which overlooks the back of the castle, a real bubble of tranquillity.

Open Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday for lunch and dinner; Wednesday and Sunday for lunch. 3 courses: 28€; 2 courses: 24€. Children's menu: 9 €. Lunchtime formula: €13.50. Wine by the glass.
