Aurore and Hervé Mousset's restaurant offers a bistronomic cuisine based on local products. Trained in the Roellinger kitchens, there is no doubt that you will have a good time savoring the pleasures of the table. Whether you are installed in the charming marine room, in the second part of the room or on the terrace, you will enjoy the exceptional panorama with a breathtaking view on Cancale and the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. You can taste a nice cuisine full of flavors, evolving with the seasons. Very nice wine list. Tasty!
