Located a 15-minute drive south of Rennes, l'Unik offers "authentic and unik" cuisine in Bruz, using fresh, seasonal produce. An evolving cuisine that exudes color and good humor. On the menu: poke bowl, chorizo-crusted cod with baby vegetables, wok of prawns, fillet of saithe, sweet potato crumble, baby vegetables and beurre blanc... At lunchtime, lunch is shared with colleagues, and in the evening, you can return with friends to enjoy the verdant roof top and sip a cocktail, with or without alcohol. In summer, the façade is adorned with majestic blue agapanthus. Great capacity and professional service!

Nous sommes venus, pour dîner et manger une bonne entrecôte. Quelle déception, 40% de la viande était des nerfs et du gras. Il a fallu batailler avec son couteau ???? dans l'assiette. Le serveur a eu la gentillesse de demander, si on pouvait avoir un café en compensation et la réponse à été "Non". Vraiment à déconseiller, pour du manger du boeuf. Honte au cuisinier, de mettre cela dans l'assiette des clients.

Très bonne carte ! Bien mangé et soirée sympathique, avec un bon vin. L'équipe au petit soin, au top ! Je recommande!

La formule du jour était un vrai délice avec des produits frais et maison de l’entrée au dessert. Le service au top ! De gentilles attentions pour les enfants???? je recommande vivement nous reviendrons !

Nous étions un groupe de 8, nous étions un peu à l'égard mais normal et j'ai appréciée. Bonne cuisine serveur très bien.
