J ai réservé à l aide d un coffret relais et chateaux un repas, une chambre et un petit déjeuner pour ma femme et moi même pour le 1er novembre au soir.
Ah oui, le 1er novembre c était le soir de la tempête Ciaran. J ai tenté de résilier au vu de cette tempête 24h à l avance.
Réponse de l hôtel : avec le coffret c est 48h à l avance...que faire ? Et bien l'hotel se.permet de me laisser un message le soir de cette tempete pour me dire qu il s etonne de ne pas me voir ! Le commerce....
Bref après avoir contacté relais et chateaux, c est la faute à pas de chance et on me dit de tenter de me faire rembourser à l aide de l assurance de ma carte bleue ! Euhhh j ai réservé avec un coffret cadeau ?

Une idée aurait été de discuter et de trouver un arrangement, et bien non, rien du tout.
Le restaurant mérite amplement son étoile. Le service est à la hauteur des plats.
Allez y les yeux fermés !
