Read moreThis artisanal distillery is one of the editor's favourites! The Moby Dick distillery produces small pearls to be consumed in moderation. Verbena liqueur, nasturtiums or Elixir d'amour are some of their creations. They also produce whisky (Sky peated, white and amber), gin and pastis. It is even possible to take part in a workshop to make whisky or other aperitifs. Super quality!
