This biscuit factory makes galettes and palets according to traditional recipes. A whole range of Breton specialities and biscuits has been developed with simple ingredients: Le Gall fresh churn butter, flour, sugar, eggs and know-how. The cakes are of artisanal quality, and are available in different flavours. It is possible to attend the different stages of cake making, free of charge. A tasting of the products is offered.
