The Finisterian Stéphane Pichon was crowned best pancake maker in France in 2020, just that! To taste his creations, go to l'Armen! In this modern crêperie, local products are in the spotlight: lobster from Audierne, tomme de Lesvenez, cider from Pouldrezic... You can enjoy a Bestrée cake with crab meat, pan-fried artichokes and candied lemon and a Lescoff pancake with salted butterscotch caramel and buckwheat ice-cream.
