Located in the heart of Finistère, between the Monts d'Arrée and the Montagnes Noires, Pleyben is a commune of the Parc d'Armorique. A Town of Art and History, it boasts a rich heritage, including the beautiful parish enclosure that is the pride of the town (and rightly so, its monumental calvary, ossuary and triumphal arch are not to be missed). From the village, pretty walks lead to chapels scattered across the countryside and to the canal linking Nantes to Brest, passing through the village of Pont-Coblant. A stop at the Trésiguidy manor house or the lock of the same name will round off your stay before you head off to the market.
