A rural commune of nearly 3,500 inhabitants, Milizac is located 15 minutes from Brest and 12 km from the beaches. Many hiking trails allow you to discover traces of the past and the remarkable sites of this part of Brittany, so appreciated for its quality of life. Many manors and mills have marked its history: one of the last existing, the Keranflec'h manor house, built in 1712 and restored in 1900, is visible 2.5 km from the village. Committed, Milizac signed the Ya d'ar Brezhoneg charter in 2005 with the aim of giving visibility to the Breton language in the daily lives of its inhabitants.
