The Friday market opposite the Halles de Concarneau has long been one of the most important in Brittany. A young chocolatier in his thirties, Jérémy Thierry is recognized by his peers. In the autumn of 2023, at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris, he received the Award des Alliances and the Tablette d'Or. These two prestigious awards are presented by the Club des croqueurs de chocolat. He first set up shop in his grandfather's former blacksmith's workshop in La Forêt-Fouesnant. This new boutique in Concarneau brings him closer to chocolate lovers, enabling them to discover the richness of his creations.
