Pushing open the door of the Paul Germain restaurant means entering a unique universe that the two owners designed from scratch. Freely inspired by Kelly Hoppen and Jacques Garcia, the decor is Paul's work, and you can tell he's had a great time on these vast 160 m²: comfortable velvet seats, hanging birds, dark hangings, branches... the unusual reigns supreme here! In the kitchen, open and centered in the space, Samuel officiates. There's no menu here: the chef's mood and market finds dictate the rules
