en panne avec un insert à pellets de marque brisach 2 mois après la fin de la garantie en janvier 2020
je suis toujours en panne le revendeur monsieur bronsin à fourmies 59610 m'ignore
la société brisach basée à arnage idem
de plus je viens de m'apercevoir que l'insert acheté en Décembre 2017 était un vieux modèle de 2015 mais je l'ai payé au prix fort
je ne suis pas le seul à avoir des pbs avec cette société il y en a dans toute la france

Ayant eu recours à leurs services au mois de mars pour la pose d'un poêle à bois pour notre nouvelle maison, je peux aujourd'hui dire que j'en suis très content. L'équipe Brisach est sympathique et surtout très professionnelle. Ils ont su nous orienter par rapport à notre projet et nos envies. Tout s'est bien déroulé de A à Z.
