This small commune of and souls, located kilometres from Rostrenen, stands out from many others in the region by various aspects. As a result of agricultural déprise like most municipalities in central Brittany, it has been able to bounce back through development based on ecological dynamics, especially with the installation of new rural people. Paradoxically, the municipality is very young and is characterized by sustainable strategies in the development and tourism that exist around the pond of Kerné-Huel. The church, forbidden from access for ten years, fortunately saw a solution, to restore it and offer to the public its strange cross path.
