Saint-Cast is a typical seaside resort par excellence, with its long sandy beach, historic 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, harbor, promenade and restaurants. Everything you need for leisure and relaxation. In 1972, the commune was amalgamated with neighbouring Notre-Dame-du-Guildo. Its name derives from the presence of a chapel dedicated to a figure named Cast or Cado, who came here to found his monastery. Le Guildo got its name from two Breton words: goez ledou, which translate as "the widening of the river". It's the ideal place for a family holiday, with everything you need for a great summer!
