Quintin is a small town of character with a number of architectural treasures, the most important of which is its double castle, dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. A circuit allows you to discover the history of the town along its streets and its many alleys: from the Middle Ages, there remain the ramparts and a gate, the Archives tower. The opulent stone mansions, built by the linen merchants, bear witness to the flourishing period of the 17th and 18th centuries, when Quintin was an important centre of the linen industry. A rich past with which the town revives every year, during the Weavers' Festival, thefirst weekend of August.
