Restaurant serving oysters and fish verrines in Plouguiel.
Oyster farmers for four generations, the Percevaults raise their fine Trégor shells in the Jaudy estuary, from the small port of La Roche Jaune. In the summer, they set up large tables on the banks of the river, in the heart of their marine farm. You can taste their production while watching the barges, sailboats and other boats go by. Oysters are served with shallot vinegar, butter bread and a glass of wine. Fish verrines and charcuterie boards are also available. A delicious local color break, in a little corner of paradise!
