Restaurant with an excellent quality-price ratio located in Paimpol.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the port, Théo Jasmin is one of Paimpol's finest addresses. At the helm of this bistro is former Michelin-starred chef Yoann Péron, who follows in the footsteps of Paul Bocuse. The menu is creative and the cooking perfectly mastered (we recommend the duck breast cooked at low temperature). In the evening, the dishes are more gastro, with a fine selection of wines and meticulous plate setting. Excellent value for money. Regulars are not mistaken, and passing customers pass the word.

Super et excellent repas : un risotto avec une brochette de St jacques un délice, le patron super sympa à qui j'ai fait un compliment pour le plat, et il m'a même proposé du rab s'il en restait , la surprise : il en restait... J'ai donc eu un petit bol de ce super risotto ( ne le dites à personne)!!! Vraiment nous y retournerons, comme promis à son sympathique patron. Bon vent à ce resto, ne changez rien.

Belle découverte sur les conseils d amis de ce restaurant sur la place des Halles. Menu du midi d un très bon rapport qualité-prix qui sort des plats plus ordinaires des restaus du port . Nous y allons depuis à chaque passage dans notre résidence secondaire ..les tarifs ont à peine augmenté, la cuisine est toujours aussi bonne
