An important cod-fishing port in the days of the terre-neuvas, Binic is now a charming marina, lined with pleasant pedestrian streets and quayside bars and restaurants. Near the pretty village of Étables, the coast boasts some superb Belle Époque villas. Pretty beaches await you: l'Avant-port, with its green wooden cabins; la Banche, in the center, equipped with a seawater pool; le Corps de garde, the wildest; les Godelins, a vast expanse; and the family-friendly plage du Moulin. Binic is particularly lively during the Morue en fête festival in spring, and the Binic folks blues, an atypical rock festival at the end of July.
