The town of Binic-Etables-sur-Mer revives this year with the festival around the history and folklore of the "Great Fishing". That of the cod, a fish that has helped to shape the face of the Atlantic coastline. During the Ascension weekend, the town promises to come alive with a large parade of sailboats, the traditional dory show, demonstrations of salting the old way, a craft market, conferences and concerts. The city's restaurants will also offer a thousand and one cod recipes, so let's hear it for the gourmets. The Cod Festival is also pleased to welcome Granville as guest of honor. A partnership that will be the occasion of multiple events related to cod fishing in the Channel. More information on the website of La Morue en Fête
