Restaurant with terrace featuring various menu categories prepared with local produce by Jacques Chirac.

Éric Paal was Jacques Chirac's chef for 20 years, from Matignon to the Élysée Palace and Paris City Hall. Back in his native Alsace, in 2017 he designed the menu for a commemorative lunch between German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and French President Emmanuel Macron. Éric still offers this famous Macron menu in the evenings, alongside the Élysée and Matignon menus. Renewed according to the four seasons, the menu gives pride of place to local produce. Whether in the dining room or on the terrace, you'll appreciate the serenity of the setting!
