A gastronomic institution in Senon with a wine list in an unmissable address.
For just over 40 years, "Le Clos des Jacobins" has been an institution in Senon gastronomy. And it's easy to see why. First of all, the setting is extremely chic. As for the menu, it's not only mouth-watering, but also lives up to expectations. On the Tradition menu, we liked the crispy goat's cheese with bacon, peppery caramel and salad, followed by a tajine of beef cheek with prunes, almonds and small semolina. Before finishing with a camembert crisp with sweet peppery caramel. And the wine list is just as good!

Un cadre sobre qui respire l'intimité, le calme.
Quant au menu, j'ai pris œufs meurette, cœur de rumsteck sauce au poivre et Saint Marcellin. Je me suis régalée comme rarement. Déjà en prenant l'apéritif, de bonnes odeurs titillaient mes narines, mais, une fois la fourchette portée à la bouche, une explosion de saveurs. Je recommande vivement.
Très bien reçue et service impeccable par une femme fort agréable.

Le repas bon et original une belle expérience à Sens car nous avions fait la route depuis Montargis nous reviendrons sans hésiter car nous avons passé un excellent dimanche merci à toute l’équipe ! Cela fait plaisir de trouver encore des restaurants où les gens travaillent avec passion… merci
