Gourmet products local specialties and wines Coulanges-La-Vineuse

Magali Bernard manages the 18 ha of the family estate. Red coulanges, but also rosé burgundy, white chardonnay, Passetoutgrain and Crémant. A cosy wine bar is also available. You will discover a selection of local products and will be able to savour planks of cooked meats and cheeses coming directly from the producers. Finally, tours are available. From the simplest (but fascinating!) to the historical or gourmet tour. Not to mention the picnic basket to enjoy in the vineyards! We love it.

Entirely planted in the Auxerre vineyard, the Maltoff estate is respectful of the environment and concerned with extreme quality. Their wines, Bourgogne Coulanges-la-Vineuse red, rosé or white, Crémant de Bourgogne and Ratafia, can be tasted in their vaulted cellar. Also note that the Maltoff family (Jean-Pierre, Odile and their daughter Chloé) offer four beautiful guest rooms (3 épis) in their house of character where you can enjoy the spacious setting. Ideal for a vacation on the theme of wine tourism!

Existing for several years, the Michel Martin estate offers more than 14 hectares with essentially pinot noir and chardonnay. White, red and rosé, the domain is fully specialized in coulanges, a wine of the auxerrois hillsides immediately recognizable and that you will be able to taste on many tables of the region. Passionate about the fruit of the vines, this beautiful house will share its experience and know-how with you by giving you a tour of its cellar, with a tasting session of course. The Domaine Lemoule is a family exploitation since 1950 transmitted from father to son, which proposes burgundies Coulanges of controlled appellation. Burgundy white chardonnay, Burgundy rosé, Burgundy red wooded, without forgetting the crémant, the ratafia, the marc de Bourgogne and the kirsch. The domain is indeed one of the biggest producers of cherries in the Yonne. About 20 hectares, 35 varieties for a total harvest of 70 to 80 tons each year.
