Masashi, Yu and chef Takeshi Otomura are the 3 Chablisian buds. A Japanese trio who arrived in Chablis almost ten years ago with years of experience in Japan followed by prestigious experiences in Michelin-starred French restaurants. The kitchen, which opens onto the dining room, is particularly creative. An ode to Burgundy, while borrowing many flavors from Japan, of course! The menu follows the seasons, and we love the fine produce and creativity of the chefs. Let yourself be surprised!
