Restaurant to visit in Auxerre, offering a refined cuisine that gives pride of place to the creativity of the chef
François Liebaert worked at La Côte Saint-Jacques before opening this renowned Noyo. A refined cuisine that gives pride of place to creativity and (as far as possible) local produce. On the day of our visit, we enjoyed a salad of octopus, celery remoulade, grilled tentacle and nettle cream, followed by a rack of lamb from the Clavisy farm. Before finishing with a Tahitian vanilla millefeuille and Madagascar pepper tuile dentelle. An excellent table that we highly recommend.
