In the center of town, stop off at L'Authentique Burger. You'll enjoy excellent burgers, especially the Epoisses, which we recommend. The menu also includes bagels, wraps, baguette sandwiches and tartines. You can also enjoy smoothies and cocktails on the small terrace. Here, everything is homemade and the products are essentially local. In short, we highly recommend this restaurant. As for the food truck, it is present on match nights at the Abbé Deschamps stadium and at the Maddam brasserie in Chablis on Friday lunchtimes.
