Gone is the rösti tartare, replaced by an audacious menu where modern creations rub shoulders with revisited classics, recalling the comforting flavors of meals of yesteryear. Monkfish tournedos with chorizo, venison civet with spaetzle or a floating island with matcha tea: everything is 100% homemade with seasonal produce. Première visite mais certainement pas la dernière. Un restaurant vraiment très sympa où tout y est de qualité. Patron et personnel au top, d'une extrême gentillesse et d'un très grand professionnalisme.

Nous adorons venir au schetzahus ! Julien, le patron, est incroyablement agréable et ouvert, ce qui rend chaque visite encore plus chaleureuse. La cuisine est un véritable régal : un mélange parfait entre des plats familiaux qui nous rappellent de beaux souvenirs d’enfance et des découvertes savoureuses. Nous y étions, ce soir, avec notre fils, et comme toujours, nous avons passé un moment merveilleux. Tout est excellent, de l'accueil à l'assiette. Merci pour ces instants précieux et bravo à toute l'équipe !
