Welcome to Le Cheval Noir, an Alsatian winstub with the feel of a warm, modern bistro. The setting is pleasant: modern wood-panelled walls, large bay windows, old frescoes kept intact and backlit, terrace in fine weather. The dishes are generous and gourmet: tartes flambées, veal kidneys, cordon bleu, trout with Riesling, jambonneau, etc. You'll have a great time at the Cheval Noir and keep coming back! Restaurant chaleureux, la tarte flambée est excellente, le service est courtois et rapide. Le prix est correct, moins de 20 euros par personne.
