Michaela Peters and Laurent Pellegrini will make you live an enchanted parenthesis in the heart of the Carola Park. In a 1900's pavilion, their restaurant is an island of tranquility. You can sit in the dining room decorated in a contemporary spirit or on sunny days on the terrace shaded by catalpa trees. Trained at Marc Haeberlin's (Auberge de l'Ill in Illhaeusern), Michaela Peters transforms seasonal products into dishes with refined flavors. Foie gras with beet chutney, grilled sea bream and wok with coconut and combava sauce: your taste buds will be delighted.
