It has 19 rooms, a lounge with pool table, a spa/sauna area and a friendly restaurant where it is pleasant to sit down on the dining room or on the terrace. The chef cultivates tradition throughout the seasons with a touch of modernity! Fresh ravioli with mushrooms, pike-perch fillet on sauerkraut, chicken leg with Riesling, beef steak with Kerala pepper, Paris-Brest profiteroles on a vanilla sauce mirror: over the months, the dishes served with Cheval Blanc are always delicious and generously served! These agape can be enjoyed in a typically Alsatian setting enlivened with reproductions of Hansi.

Côté cuisine, je dirais que les prix sont élevés pour le type de plats servis, probablement lié au côté hyper touristique de cette ville.
Côté gustatif c’est bon mais sans plus.
Bien que la cuisine soit presque fermée, nous avons pu commander quelque chose.
Nous recommandons vivement les raviolis aux truffes !
