Le Bouchon Bourguignon is the second restaurant in the beautiful Hôtel Greuze. Chef Yohann Chapuis excels at combining traditional and contemporary, terroir and refinement. In addition to his gastronomic restaurant, he offers a local cuisine that is both gourmet and convivial, to be enjoyed with friends over a good bottle of wine if you feel like it. It's Burgundian cooking with a few borrowings, as the name of the cork indicates, from typical Lyon dishes.

Le premier arrêt sur la route vers l'Espagne, et pas le dernier. De la haute cuisine de qualité dans une ambiance de bistrot décontractée. Un accueil chaleureux, une table et des couverts intéressants. Un sommelier astucieux qui nous a parfaitement conseillés et le repas (aujourd'hui à la carte) excellent, savoureux mais pas trop "masqué".
Nous avons été ravis de la préparation et du goût. Nous reviendrons certainement. Recommandation absolue !

Très bonne nourriture, mais trop chère pour ce qu'elle était. Les verres à vin étaient également hors de prix.

Mais si vous y allez en semaine pour faire le menu, cela en vaut la peine.
