RESTAURANT-HÔTEL LE BOURGOGNE
Le Bourgogne is aptly named. The cuisine is typical of Burgundy...! The setting is warm and traditional and evokes the bouchon lyonnais ambience. It is one of the favourite places of Tournusiens on Sunday. The address consists of a room in the back and another room in front and when the restaurant is full, you should make your way between tables. In any case, Le Bourgogne is the ideal address to discover the good Burgundian dishes. On the menu: Burgundy snails and cockerel in Beaujolais style. Take the parsley seasoned frogs, they are delicious! And the Chef do not skimp on the dishes, they are really copious. It is better to reserve, the address is often full. You can get there either by the entrance located rue Docteur Privey or by rue Alexis-Bressard.
Fresh frogs with parsley are excellent, parsley ham house, coq au vin delicious... and a warm welcome.
The best restaurant than I know!
On the other hand is strongly recommended to reserve, even essential in the end of the week.
A small error, it is not the restaurant of Burgundy, but " Le Bourgogne "
