Restaurant with terrace in Tournus making good and hearty dishes at a good price/quality ratio
Le grill des quais is a simple and generous restaurant where you can enjoy a pizza as well as a more elaborate dish. The bright and modern room with clear notes, and its large bay window offer a relaxing and pleasant view of the Saône. The plants between the tables create a comfort and intimacy during the meal that you will appreciate if you come as a couple. In the "grill" menu our choice is the warm goat cheese cromesquis, in the dish a skate wing with capers and ending on the apple crisp. Good, copious and nicely presented, the dishes follow one another in an efficient and courteous service. The kitchen visible from the room offers a nice perspective and the visit of the chef and owner of the premises are proof of a job well done. We appreciate the lunch service which lasts until 2pm and a very good quality/price ratio. Le grill des quais is also a very popular address for those who want to eat on the banks of the Saone, thanks to its lovely terrace installed on the quays.

Nous nous sommes arrêtes sur la route des vacances, complètement par hasard.
C'est une brasserie +++, qui frôle le gastronomique. Superbes présentations, plats excellents et copieux, tout est parfait.
En plus, la cuisine est ouverte et surélevée donc un cadre très sympa.
Au service, tout est parfait, réactif, et de bons conseils.
Nous y reviendrons si nous venons à repasser sur Tournus.
La cuisine est raffinée, recherchée et suffisamment généreuse.
Seul petit bémol,les tables a l'intérieur trop prêtes les unes des autres donc manque d'intimité.
Je reviendrai quand même, peut être l'été pour voir si on peut manger en terrasse car j'ai beaucoup apprécié la cuisine.
