Address proposing a family kitchen and a card of good products of the soil worked out by the starred chief Jean-Michel.

The chef, Jean-Michel Carrette, is part of the prestigious club of Tournus' starred chefs, reinventing family cooking while preserving the local culinary heritage. The menu gives pride of place to good Burgundian products, most of which come from regional, not to say local, producers. Resolutely modern, the chef has his own particularity and the customers will have to trust him completely for their meal. A sumptuous and modern setting but absolutely not stuffy. Food and wine formulas are also available, so let yourself be carried away!

Annual closures in January and June for 2 weeks. Open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday for lunch and dinner; Thursday evening. Reservations recommended. Menus from €90 to €130. Lunch menu: €42. American Express, Chèque Vacances, Chèque Restaurant. Groups welcome. Terrace. Boutique.

We did not stay at the hotel (although the hotel looked great), but we had a FANTASTIC 6 course lunch tasting menu with wine pairing + Cheese cart (wonderful selection). Chef Jean-Michel and his team executed with perfection. Amazing dishes, flavors, service, and decor. It is worthy of it's Michelin Star. We look forward to returning the next time we are in the Burgundy/Rhone region. Highly recommend!
