The Parfums de Terroir boutique was born from the union of several producers associated in a GAEC. Here, the focus is on red fruit: strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, morello cherries and redcurrants. The little berries are assembled, prepared, cooked, stewed and even glazed.
