A rural village close to the RCEA (Nationale 80), just the right thing away from the hustle and bustle of the world. It is in Sainte-Hélène that the river la Guye takes its source, towards the wash-house of the Bonne Fontaine, before crossing the whole territory of the South Côte Chalonnaise. In the gently rolling meadows, punctuated by a few forests, herds of white oxen graze peacefully. This is the occasion for a beautiful green walk entitled "Au coeur de la Guye" (departure opposite the town hall) on the country lanes to discover the countryside. In the village, Saint-Symphorien Romanesque church.
