Along the canal linking Saint-Léger and Ecuisses at the Creusot, we stop here at Jean-Michel Vernochet. His kitchen is both worked, traditional and clever: breasts salad of dried duck (house) and its foie gras, swimming of snails to death trumpets, pavé beef pavé, filet of guinea fowl stuffed with prunes and smoked bacon, perch filet to crayfish or crémant, before a very classical chocolate-based or glacé qui that has the quality of being home.
