Since 2003, Marie-Françoise and Jean-Jacques Renard have been at the helm of La Maison Blanche, a hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Beaujolais region. With their love of local produce, they offer a simple, gourmet menu featuring meat and fish in hearty dishes. The soberly decorated dining room is complemented by a pleasant outdoor area in fine weather. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, cadre agréable, personnel accueillant et aux petits soins. Nous avons opté pour un menu à 17,50€ qualitatif et quantitatif, belle découverte.

C'est ma première expérience avec le pavé de cerf sauce et j'ai vraiment aimé. A tester.
