Remigny is less well known than its neighbouring villages Santenay or Bouzeron in terms of wine production, but it still has west-facing vineyards producing regional appellation wines. As the gateway to the Côte Chalonnaise from Beaune, the village is also at the crossroads of the cycle route from the north and the greenway of the Canal du Centre, and is therefore very popular with cycle tourists. Peaceful and preserved village, it offers authenticity to people passing through. The cliff of the mountain of Remigny which separates the village from that of Bouzeron is a place of climbing, accessible in season only, is very touristy.
