In the Terres secrètes wine-growing region, the commune of Prissé can boast of being at the heart of the vineyards of the famous Saint-Véran appellation, a white Burgundy wine that holds its place on the finest local tables. Prissé is also located along the Petite Grosne river, which is home to a number of old mills both upstream and downstream of the village. Since the closure of the nearby train line, cyclists have been taking the greenway created between Cluny and Mâcon. Crossing the narrow streets of Prissé, it is also the starting point for discovering the Solutré-Pouilly rock, surrounded by vineyards.
